Obada Mzaik, detained and tortured in 2012 at a detention center in Syria, is seeking justice, accountability for the Syrian regime, and reparations for himself and other victims of torture. At the request of the Center for Justice and Accountability (CJA), the Syrian Center for the Care of Victims of Ill-Treatment and Torture (SIRA) has filed a lawsuit.
