Formations

At Centro Sira we offer training spaces, both face-to-face and virtual, aimed at professionals and institutions that work with victims of torture, ill-treatment or structural violence. Our clinical, expert and community experience allows us to design courses adapted to the realities of work in the field.

We work with social organisations, public institutions, human rights defenders, health and legal personnel, as well as teams accompanying migrants, persons deprived of their liberty or survivors of political violence.

We study the contemporary concept of torture and investigate human rights violations linked to our work.

Our courses are aimed at professionals, organisations and institutions working in contexts of violence, exclusion or migration, and address key issues such as the documentation of torture, psychosocial intervention, the cross-cultural approach and the ethical challenges of accompaniment.
