Dans ces cas-l\u00e0 :<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list  --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Approcher avec respect<\/strong>Pr\u00e9sentez-vous, dites votre nom et parlez clairement, en utilisant des phrases courtes et simples.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>Si l'environnement est chaotique, accompagnez-la dans un espace plus prot\u00e9g\u00e9 et guidez sa respiration (comme ci-dessus).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fournit un soutien de base<\/strong>De l'eau, un si\u00e8ge, de l'air frais ou simplement une pause.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L'\u00e9coute active<\/strong>Laissez la personne exprimer ce qu'elle ressent sans l'interrompre ni la juger. Nous pouvons faire appel \u00e0 nos r\u00e9seaux proches - amis, famille ou communaut\u00e9s, en personne ou virtuellement - pour exprimer ce qui s'est pass\u00e9 ou ce qui nous pr\u00e9occupe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list-item  --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L'exposition constante aux m\u00e9dias sociaux et \u00e0 l'actualit\u00e9 peut avoir un double effet : elle peut nous permettre de rester connect\u00e9s, mais aussi accro\u00eetre la d\u00e9tresse, la peur ou l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, en particulier si nous l'avons v\u00e9cue de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s intense.
